How are the meals and ingredients shipped?
All items are shipped in temperature-controlled, recyclable packaging with non-toxic gel packs to ensure peak freshness upon arrival.
When can I expect my delivery?
We currently offer scheduled weekly deliveries. You will receive a tracking number and a specific delivery window once your order leaves our kitchen.
Are the meals ready to eat or do they require cooking?
Most of our offerings are designed to be 'finished' at home with minimal preparation. Each box includes detailed instructions to help you plate like a professional chef.
Do you accommodate specific dietary restrictions?
Eleven Madison Home is plant-based. While we do not offer custom substitutions, all ingredients and potential allergens are clearly listed on each product page.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact our guest services team within 24 hours of delivery.
Can I skip or cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can manage your subscription through your account portal. Changes must be made at least 5 days prior to your next scheduled delivery date.
